How does VitaC shower remove chlorine and chloramines from water?
VitaCshower utilizes ascorbic acid chemistry for dechlorination. Vitamin C does not hold the chlorine, it neutralizes chlorine from an element into a harmless compound. This means that Vitamin C changes chlorine and chloramines from things that can cause harm to your body to things that causes No Harm. Do I have to back flush the VitaC shower filter?
No, back flushing is not required or recommended when using VitaCshower filters.
How do I know when I should change the shower filter?
VitaCshower filter has a transparent window. You can actually see the Vitamin crystals through it. When all Vitamin crystals are dissolved in water, you are still able to use your VitaCshower filter for another month, but it is about the right time to order a new one.
Does the VitaC shower filter reduce the flow rate of my shower?
No noticeable change of flow rate is found before and after the VitaCshower filter is installed.
Does the performace of VitaC shower depend on temperature or water pressure?
No. The VitaCshower works in any water temperature (hot or cold), any water pressure (high or low) and any quality of water as long as the ordinary shower head works.
Do I need a special shower head to use VitaC shower filters?
No. Feel free to use any standard-size shower head.
What is the warranty of the shower filter?
VitaCshower filters come with a one year warranty against any defects in the filter case. Your filter will last at least six months, depending on shower usage.

What are VitaC de-chlorination bath tablets?
VitaC bath tablets are designed to de-chlorinate any small body of water. This includes baths and spas. VitaC bath tablets fully neutralize the chlorine in your bath water.
How many gallons of water will VitaC bath tablets de-chlorinate?
Each serving (one tablet) of VitaC bath tablets are capable of neutralizing 100 Gallons of water. The volume of an ordinary bath tub is about 50 Gallons. Therefore, half of the Vitamin C will be used to de-chlorinate and the other half will provide additional Vitamin C nutrients for improving your skin and hair.
Are VitaC bath tablets safe to use in children’s baths?
Yes. VitaC bath tablets are safe for children. Using VitaC bath tablets during bathing will add an additional source of much needed Vitamin C.
Can I use VitaC bath tablets to de-chlorinate my fish tank?
